Yep—at Sunny Bunny, coaching is part of the magic. We call them YAMs (You And Me’s)—monthly 1:1 check-ins. But don’t worry, these aren’t stiff performance reviews. They’re real, supportive convos where we talk about anything you need: pricing, boundaries, burnout, aspirations—whatever’s on your mind. Think of it as your dedicated space to grow, vent, and get clear. ✨

Hey, I’m Meghan—hairdresser of 20 years, salon owner, coach, and recovering hustle queen. ✨ I created Sunny Bunny because I wanted something that didn’t exist when I was behind the chair full-time: a salon that actually supports stylists as whole humans.

Sunny Bunny is commission-based, but we offer the kind of freedom and respect you’d expect from a rental space—with the coaching and community that make it feel like home.
