All services are gratuity-free.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations incur a fee:

25% for cancellations within 48 hours

50% for same-day cancellations
-
100% for no-shows
Cancellations due to illness will still incur charges as per our policy.
Our pricing is hourly and gratuity-free. You only pay for the time booked—no surprises.

This includes foiling or balayage, gloss, treatment, and a trim. For a full haircut or very thick hair, consider a 4-hour service.
All appointments require a credit card on file for reservation and payment.

Extensions are fully customized and booked a little differently than our standard services. Here’s how to get started:
Hair Extensions
1. Book Your Extension Consultation (Required)
All new extension clients begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals (length, fullness, color, maintenance), choose the best method, and review pricing and timing.
This step ensures there are no surprises and that we’re creating a plan that works for your hair and your lifestyle.
While the consultation is complimentary, a credit card is required to reserve the appointment and our cancellation policy applies.
2. Extension Reservation (Hair Purchase)
After your consultation, you’ll book an Extension Reservation.
This is for the hair purchase only and allows us to order your custom extensions.
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required at this stage.
3. Extension Installation Appointment
Your installation appointment is booked under our hourly service menu.
The total time needed will be determined during your consultation and depends on the method, density, and overall transformation.
Because we operate on an hourly, all-inclusive model, your install time covers the full service — placement, blending, cutting, and styling — with no surprise add-ons.
