Compensation & Employment

Sunny Bunny hairstylists are W-2 employees, giving you the stability of traditional employment with much more of the flexibility and autonomy people often associate with working independently.

Commission starts at 46%, and because you set your own hourly rate, you have the ability to increase your income as your experience, demand, and clientele grow.

The goal isn't just to make more money.

It's to build a career you can actually sustain.
