Coming around again
So I have 2 medical hypnosis consults coming up as well as beginning a ketamine treatment. Both have shown very promising results for chronic pain. I’ve also incorporated diaphragmatic breathe work into my morning and evening routine. I feel like this is adding insurance to my body for when the next flare up hits because it will. What I have is chronic and progressive. Learning how truly rare and under researched my disease is was crushing.

Like… what is it that’s actually bothering you?
